I have decided that I will use... (drumroll please) the COMEDY GENRE!!! I am using this genre since it was really the only genre that I didn't have something I didn't like about it when researching. Also, I will have easy access to needed locations and props. The comedy genre will be perfect for me as a lot of people say I am naturally funny. I will be able to direct my cast to make my opening scene the funniest opening scene ever! I am so excited to start working on this final task.

I wouldn't use Gothic architecture as that would be hard to find an area that has this type of architecture.

Pitch A Discussion:  I would be interested in making this film because it's a thriller. I would love to be able to make a thriller of my own, as I already enjoy watching them. However, there are some problems. One of the major problems is acting. I am not a very good actor so I try to keep my roles simple.  Once again I am going solo! I am working alone this time around also. This is mainly because I did not need a group to execute my previous project, which was a music video. Everything went smoothly, and I was able to manage everything by myself. One of the main reasons that I don't like working in groups with others, especially if we are working on something important, is the fact that I have to depend on them to do their part. I've had a bad experience with group work in the past from school as most of the groups I've worked with almost never do their part, and I end up doing all the work myself. I found that working with friends isn't the best. It only works if everyone agrees that they will stick to the task at hand. There are few friends that I have that I can trust that they will do their part. Unfortunately, they don't take the same course as me so I am unable to work with them.  Hello again bloggers! As you know by now, my name is Marvin Nixon. I am new to blogging. This is because I only started a couple months ago. The journey has been great so far. I am learning so much and I am learning how to connect with people through social media. I just recently finished another project. It was a music video. Although it was time-consuming, I still loved the final product and so did my fellow peers. I am now moving to my next project. This one is a little tougher. Guess what it is! An opening sequence of an original film! I look forward to the challenge this new project will bring. I will go a little more into the project and what it really is in my next blog.
