Production Blog: Finally Got the Chance to Film!!!

Good day bloggers! You won't believe what I finally got to do! Film!!!! And boy was it some hard work. It takes a lot of patience to film. Not only patience with the actors but also patience with the device you are filming on. I ran into a couple minor problems while filming. One of the main ones was that my phone that I was filming on was running out of space. This meant that I would have to delete old pictures and photos in order to record. While this may seem like a small problem, it took up a lot of the time in the time window that we had to film on Sunday. However, once everyone got on board, this whole process went silky smooth. We had to do some retakes of certain shots here and there, but in the end, almost everything went how I would've wanted it to go. We got to film the first half of the music video this Sunday, and we plan to film the second half next Sunday. Now that we know what to expect, this next production should run even smoother than this one. We won't run into as many new problems and will have already resolved some problems that came up. For example, I handed the issue dealing with the absence of storage on my phone. Now that we have learned many things on the first go around, we will now be equipped with the necessary knowledge to make the next film session more efficient and productive. This has been a very fun process so far. I am learning a lot of things about something I have always dreamed of doing, in such a short amount of time. I will keep you all posted.
