Production Blog: Time to Start Editing!

Hey bloggers! It's about time I update you all on the progress of my music video! As you all know, I finished filming my music video last blog, which was posted a while ago. I have made a lot of editing progress so far! I am glad that I can say that I am about fifty percent done with editing. I don't want to go into all the details of everything that I added during editing. However, I will go over a few things. For example, I added things like thinking bubbles. I used CapCut as my editing software. For the chat bubbles, it was as easy as downloading a picture of a chat bubble and inserting it into Capcut. I like to use CapCut when editing since I know how to work the majority of the app. This is because I have already used the app in the past for many different types of things such as YouTube videos and social media posts. I also added transitions in my music video to make the cuts to the next scene less violent. Without the transitions, it was almost like I was just throwing the next scene at the viewer without warning. I added things such as a spinning transition and of course, my favorite, the fade-out transition. I am making a lot of progress. I didn't expect everything to go so smoothly, but it is so far. Let's just hope everything can stay smooth throughout this whole process. I will keep you guys updated with future changes to my music video in my next blog. So, until then, I will see you all, when I see you all. Have a great day! And be productive. Out.
